Creating Your Account

To start using AyloCare, you’ll first need to create your workspace. Registration takes just a couple of minutes and sets up your own dedicated platform — with a unique web address that’s yours and your clients’.

You can create your account at:

What You’ll Need to Fill In

The registration form has a few simple fields:

  • Full Name — Your name as it will appear in your workspace
  • Email — This becomes your login email and where you’ll receive notifications
  • Password — Create a secure password (at least 8 characters)
  • Confirm Password — Re-enter the same password to confirm
  • Domain Name — This is the address for your AyloCare workspace

About Your Domain

Your domain is the unique web address where you and your clients will access AyloCare. For example, if you type mariatherapy, your workspace will be at:

mariatherapy.aylocare.com

Choose your domain name carefully — it becomes your permanent workspace address. If you need to change it later, please contact us at support@aylocare.com.

Terms & Agreements

Before completing registration, you’ll need to:

  • Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
  • Optionally subscribe to product updates and news from AyloCare

What Happens After You Sign Up?

  1. You’ll briefly see a loading screen (a plant sprouting 🌱 — your practice is coming to life!)
  2. After a few seconds, your workspace is created and you’re redirected to your new domain
  3. The Setup Wizard launches automatically to help you configure your practice in 2–3 minutes

If you already have an AyloCare workspace, go directly to your domain to log in:

yourdomain.aylocare.com/auth/login
