Payment History

The Payment History page gives you a complete record of all payments made through AyloCare — both online (via Stripe) and manually recorded.


Accessing Payment History

Go to Payments → Payment History in the left sidebar.

What You’ll See

Each entry in your payment history shows:

  • Client name — who the payment is from
  • Date — when the payment was made or recorded
  • Amount — the total paid
  • Currency — the currency of the transaction
  • Status — the current payment status (paid, pending, refunded, etc.)
  • Sessions included — which session(s) this payment covers

Payment Statuses

StatusMeaning
PaidPayment successfully received (online or manual)
PendingPayment request sent but not yet completed
FailedPayment attempt failed (Stripe only)
RefundedPayment was refunded to the client
Manually paidRecorded as paid outside of Stripe

Filtering & Sorting

Use the controls at the top of the page to find specific payments:

  • Sort by date, amount, or client name
  • Filter by status or date range

This is especially helpful at the end of the month or for accounting purposes.


Tips

  • Review history monthly — a quick check keeps your records clean and your accounts accurate
  • Cross-reference with your calendar — if a session is marked Completed but doesn’t appear in Payment History, it may still be unpaid
  • Export for accounting — contact support if you need payment records in a specific format for your accountant

All Stripe payments are also visible in your Stripe dashboard, where you have additional options for refunds and detailed transaction records.
