Calendar & Appointments

The Calendar is your central hub for managing sessions with clients. From here you can see your full schedule, create new appointments, handle booking requests from clients, and keep track of every session — past, present, and future.

What You Can Do

  • View your schedule in day, week, or month view
  • Create appointments manually for any client
  • Accept or decline appointment requests from clients
  • Edit and reschedule existing sessions
  • Set up recurring appointments for ongoing clients
  • Block out unavailable time so clients can’t book during those hours
  • Filter your calendar by client, status, or session type
  • See appointment details — notes, payment status, video call link, and more

Who Can Use the Calendar?

Calendar Views

You can switch between three views depending on how you prefer to work:

  • Month view — See your entire month at a glance. Great for planning ahead.
  • Week view — See your full week with time slots. Ideal for day-to-day scheduling.
  • Day view — Focus on a single day in detail. Useful on busy days.

Appointment Status Colors

Each appointment on your calendar is color-coded so you can quickly see its status:
