Google Meet

Connecting your Google account lets AyloCare automatically create and attach a Google Meet link to every appointment you schedule. Your clients receive the link in their booking confirmation email and can join the session directly from their browser or the Google Meet app.

Prerequisites

  • A Google account (personal Gmail or Google Workspace)
  • You must be a Provider in AyloCare

Connecting your Google account

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Video Calls
  2. Click the Google Meet tab
  3. Click Connect
  4. You are redirected to Google — sign in with your Google account and grant the requested permissions
  5. AyloCare redirects you back and your account appears in the Connected Accounts list

What happens after connecting

  • All new appointments will automatically include a Google Meet link
  • The link is shared with your client in their confirmation email
  • No action is required on your part for each appointment

Connecting multiple accounts

You can connect more than one Google account — useful if you operate from multiple calendars or business entities.

Repeat the Connect steps for each account you want to add. Each connected account will appear in the list with its email address and the date it was connected.

Disconnecting an account

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Video Calls
  2. Find the account you want to remove
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm when prompted

Note: Disconnecting removes Meet links from future appointments. Past appointments and their links are not affected.

Frequently asked questions

Does my client need a Google account to join? No. Clients can join a Google Meet session via the link in their email without a Google account.

Can I use both the built-in AyloCare call and Google Meet? Yes. If Google Meet is connected, your appointments will include a Meet link. The built-in call is still available for on-demand calls from the Messages panel.

What permissions does AyloCare request from Google? AyloCare requests the minimum permissions needed to create Google Meet links on your behalf. We do not access your emails, contacts, or Google Calendar data.
