Share Files

The files functionality in AyloCare allows users to upload, manage, and share files with their customers. Below is a guide on how to use this feature effectively, including details about allowed file types, storage limits, and file management options.


Uploading Files

You can upload files in two ways:

Option 1: Using the Upload Button

Step 1

Click the + button in the Upload component.

Step 2

Select the file you want to upload from your device.

Step 3

Click Upload to add the file to your storage.

Option 2: Drag and Drop

Step 1

Drag the file from your device and drop it into the designated area in the Files section.

Step 2

Click Upload to add the file to your storage.

Allowed File Types and Size

  • Allowed File Types: Images (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBP), documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, CSV, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX), and text files (TXT).
  • Maximum File Size: 10 MB per file.

Managing Files

Storage Limit

  • Each user has a maximum storage size of 500 MB for their entire practice.
  • The storage usage is displayed at the top of the Files section.

Searching Files

You can search for files by their name using keywords. This makes it easy to locate specific files quickly.

Recent Uploads

Your recently uploaded files are displayed in a list, along with their details and actions.


Sharing and Hiding Files

You can share files with your customers by enabling visibility for specific files.

You can also hide files from customers by disabling their visibility.


Downloading Files

You can download any file you have uploaded by clicking the download option next to the file.


Deleting Files

You can delete files you have uploaded. This action is irreversible, so proceed with caution.

You can only delete files that you have uploaded.
