Logging In

To access your AyloCare workspace, go to your practice’s web address and log in with your credentials.

Each practice has its own address, for example:
mariatherapy.aylocare.com


How to Log In

  1. Open your browser and go to your workspace address (e.g., yourdomain.aylocare.com)
  2. Enter your Email and Password
  3. Click Log in

That’s it — you’ll be taken straight to your dashboard.

Email & Password

The standard way to log in. Use the same email and password you set when creating your account.

Google Sign-In

If your practice has Google login enabled, you’ll also see a Sign in with Google button. This lets you log in using your Google account — no separate password needed.

Google Sign-In must be enabled in your Client Portal Settings. Both you and your clients can use it if it’s turned on.


First Time Logging In?

The first time you log in after registration, AyloCare will automatically detect your timezone and save it to your profile. This ensures your calendar and appointments always show the correct times.


Forgot Your Password?

Click the “Forgot your password?” link below the password field and follow the steps to reset it.

Trouble Logging In?

  • Make sure you’re going to your domain (not just aylocare.com)
  • Check that your email and password are correct
  • If you see repeated errors, try resetting your password
  • Still stuck? Contact us at support@aylocare.com

If you see a message saying access is denied, your account may have been deactivated or you may be using the wrong role credentials. Contact your administrator or our support team.
