Google Meet Integration

If you use Google Workspace, you can connect your Google account to AyloCare so that every appointment automatically gets a Google Meet link — shared with your client in their booking confirmation.

Setting it up

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Video Calls in the sidebar
  2. Under the Google Meet tab, click Connect
  3. You’ll be redirected to Google’s authorization page — sign in and grant AyloCare the necessary permissions
  4. Once authorized, you’ll return to AyloCare and your account will appear as connected

Note: You can connect multiple Google accounts if needed — for example, a personal and a business account.

How it works with appointments

Once your Google account is connected:

  • Every new appointment you create will automatically include a Google Meet link
  • The link is included in the appointment confirmation email sent to your client
  • No additional steps are needed — the meeting is created for you

Your client receives the link in their email and can join the call directly from Google Meet, without needing a Google account.

Managing connected accounts

From Settings → Integrations → Video Calls you can:

  • View all connected Google accounts (email address and connection date)
  • Connect additional accounts
  • Disconnect an account if you no longer want to use it

Disconnecting an account

  1. Find the account in the connected accounts list
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm the action when prompted

Important: Disconnecting an account will remove Google Meet links from future appointments that use this account. Existing appointments with Meet links are not affected.
