Video Calls
AyloCare gives you two flexible ways to run video sessions with your clients, so you can choose what works best for your practice.
Two ways to video call
1. Built-in video calls
AyloCare has a native video call feature that works directly in the browser — no external accounts or app installations needed. It uses secure WebRTC technology to connect you and your client in real time.
You can start a built-in call from:
- The Messages panel (click the video camera icon in any conversation)
- A scheduled appointment on your Calendar (join the session at the scheduled time)
Both you and your client need:
- A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
- Camera and microphone permissions granted
2. Google Meet
If your practice already uses Google Workspace, you can connect your Google account to AyloCare. Once connected, appointments automatically include a Google Meet link that your client receives in their confirmation email.
This option is ideal if you prefer to manage calls within the Google ecosystem or if your clients are already familiar with Meet.
