Registration Portal
Form
This page allows new users (your customers) to create an account on the platform. Here’s a quick rundown of each field and action:

Email
The user’s email address that will be associated with their account.💡The user must make sure they use an active email they have access to, as important notifications and password reset links will be sent there.

Full Name First and last name (name displayed on the account).

Password
A strong password needed to protect the user’s account. We recommend:- Using at least 8 characters
- Including both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Adding numbers or special characters for extra security

Password Confirmation
The user must retype their password to confirm it. This helps avoid typos or mistakes when setting their new password. -
Buttons
- Cancel: Discard any information the user has entered and return to the previous page.
- Let’s get started: The user finalizes their registration and creates their account.

Register with Google
If the user prefers, they can click the Google button to register using their existing Google account. This can simplify the sign-up process by skipping manual entry of email and password.ℹ️This setting can be turned on/off both during the onboarding process as well as on the General Settings page (Settings -> General -> Client Portal tab -> Authentication block).

Login Link
Already have an account? Click Login at the bottom of the form to go directly to the login page.
Who Can Register?
Only your customers should use this portal to create an account.
Next Steps
After completing the registration form and clicking Let’s get started, one of two things will happen:

Immediate Dashboard Access
If you have Email Confirmation turned off, the user will be redirected directly to the dashboard. They can begin exploring the platform right away! -
Email Confirmation Required
If you have Email Confirmation turned on, the user will receive an email containing a confirmation link. They should simply open the email, click the link, and they will be redirected to the dashboard once the email address is verified.💡If the user does not see the confirmation email in their inbox, please advise them to check their spam or junk folder.
Note: The email confirmation setting is controlled by you, both during the onboarding process as well as on the General Settings page (Settings -> General -> Client Portal tab -> Authentication block).
