Inviting Customers to the Platform
AyloCare makes it simple to invite your existing customers to the platform, allowing them to access their accounts and services effortlessly. Follow the steps below to invite customers, either individually or in bulk.
How to Invite Customers
Individual Invitations
To invite a customer individually:
Step 1
First, ensure the customer’s entry is created in the Customers List. Providing their email is mandatory for this step.
Step 2
Locate the customer in the list and click the three-dot menu under the “Actions” column.
Step 3
Select the Invite option from the menu.
An invitation email will be sent to the customer containing a link. Using this link, the customer can visit the platform to set their password. Once they set their password, they will be able to log in using their email and the newly created password via the login portal.
Occasionally the invitation email may be sent into the spam folder, so please inform your customers in case the invitation is not found.
Bulk Invitations via File Import
You can also send invitations to multiple customers as a mass action by importing their details through a file. This process has been described in detail in the “Mass import your customers” section. Ensure the “Send Invitation” column in the file is set to “Yes” for the relevant customers. Invitations will automatically be sent to these customers once the file is uploaded and processed.
