Forgot & Reset Password

If you’ve forgotten your AyloCare password, don’t worry — resetting it is quick and secure. The platform guides you through a simple 5-step process to regain access to your account.

This process ensures your credentials stay safe while giving you a fast way to recover access.


How It Works

Click 'Forgot your password?'

On the Login page, just below the password field, you’ll find a link labeled Forgot your password?
Clicking it will redirect you to the reset request form.

Enter Your Email

You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
Once submitted, a password reset link will be sent to your inbox.

Check Your Email

Look for a message from no-reply@aylocare.com titled Reset Password Notification.
Click the Reset Password button inside, or copy the link manually if needed.

Enter a New Password

After clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to a secure form where you can enter and confirm your new password.

Login With Your New Credentials

Once your new password is saved, you’ll be redirected to the login portal. Use your updated credentials to access your workspace.


Tips for a Strong Password

  • Use at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Add numbers or special characters
  • Avoid common or reused passwords
