Forgot Your Password?
No worries — resetting your password is quick and easy.
How to Reset Your Password
Click "Forgot your password?"
On the login page, click the “Forgot your password?” link — you’ll find it just below the password field.

Enter Your Email
Type in the email address you used to register your AyloCare account and click Submit.

Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive an email from no-reply@aylocare.com with the subject Reset Password Notification.
Open it and click the Reset Password button inside.
Don’t see the email? Check your spam or junk folder. It usually arrives within a minute or two.
Create a New Password
You’ll be taken to a secure page where you can enter and confirm your new password.
A strong password should:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number or special character

Log Back In
Once your new password is saved, you’ll be redirected to the login page. Use your email and new password to access your workspace.
Still Can’t Get In?
If you don’t receive the reset email, or if the link has expired (links expire after 60 minutes), try the process again from the login page.
