Getting started with AyloCare begins with a quick and secure registration process. Whether you’re a solo practitioner or running a group practice, creating your workspace is the first step in launching your digital platform.

What You’ll Need
To register, you’ll fill out a simple form with the following details:

Full Name
Your name will appear across your workspace as the owner/administrator. -
Email
This will be your login credential and the address where you’ll receive important platform notifications. -
Password + Confirmation
Create a secure password to protect your account. -
Domain Name
This is where your AyloCare platform will be hosted. For example:

Agreements
Before you can register:- You must agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- You can optionally opt in to receive promotional and product update emails from AyloCare
What Happens After Registration?
Once you click Sign Up, here’s what to expect:
- You’ll be taken to an intermediate loading screen.
- A calming animation (a plant sprouting and blooming 🌱) will appear for a few seconds — symbolizing the start of your growth journey.
- After approximately 6 seconds, your dedicated workspace is created.
- You are then redirected to your new domain (e.g.,
yourclinic.aylocare.com
). - The onboarding wizard will begin, guiding you through setup in just 5–7 minutes.
Be mindful when entering your domain. This will become your permanent workspace URL (unless we setup your own domain). If you make a mistake or need to change it later, please contact us at support@aylocare.com.
