Theme Settings

Personalizing your AyloCare environment is easy with the Theme Settings. Here, you can upload your logo, select a color scheme, choose your preferred language, and customize fonts to create a welcoming, on-brand experience for both you and your clients.

How to Access

  1. Click Settings in the main navigation.
  2. Select General.
  3. Navigate to the Theme tab.

Tip: You can also access your General settings, by clicking on the profile icon from the top bar and selecting Settings from the dropdown.


  • Upload a logo (JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF, or WEBP)
    • Recommended formats: SVG or PNG for the best quality.
    • Maximum file size: 10 MB.

If you have a transparent logo, it can help your brand stand out against various background shades or colors.

Consider resizing, croping or removing the background before uploading for the cleanest look.


Background Shade

Choose from a selection of color swatches to define the background for your AyloCare interface. This subtle backdrop can help reinforce your brand identity and make your content stand out. Try different shades to find the perfect balance between aesthetics and readability.


Theme Color

Select a Theme Color for highlights, buttons, and other interface elements. This primary accent color ties your entire portal together, so pick a color that aligns with your branding or practice style.


Language

Use the Language dropdown to set the default language for your AyloCare platform. This choice affects system labels, buttons, and general text seen by both you and your clients. Right now we support English and Greek. Additional language options may become available in the future, so stay tuned for updates.


Font Family

Choose a Font Family that matches your brand personality. Whether you prefer a modern, clean look or a more traditional typeface, selecting the right font helps ensure a comfortable reading experience for your users.


Font Scale

Adjust the Font Scale to make text larger or smaller throughout the interface. This setting can help improve readability, especially for clients with visual impairments or those accessing the portal on different devices.


Saving Your Theme

Once you’ve finalized your logo, colors, language, and font preferences:

  1. Review your selections to ensure they align with your brand and accessibility requirements.
  2. Click Save to apply the changes.

Your new theme will be reflected across the platform, creating a cohesive, personalized environment for you and your clients.


Best Practices

  1. Stay Consistent
    Use the same logo and color scheme as your public-facing website or social media channels. This consistency helps clients recognize and trust your brand.

  2. Test Readability
    Make sure your background shade and theme color offer enough contrast. If text is difficult to read, adjust the font scale or choose a more contrasting color.

  3. Refresh as Needed
    You can update your theme at any time. If you rebrand or want a new look, simply revisit the Theme tab and save your changes.
