Google Meet Integration
If you use Google Workspace, you can connect your Google account to AyloCare so that every appointment automatically gets a Google Meet link — shared with your client in their booking confirmation.
Setting it up
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Video Calls in the sidebar
- Under the Google Meet tab, click Connect
- You’ll be redirected to Google’s authorization page — sign in and grant AyloCare the necessary permissions
- Once authorized, you’ll return to AyloCare and your account will appear as connected
Note: You can connect multiple Google accounts if needed — for example, a personal and a business account.
How it works with appointments
Once your Google account is connected:
- Every new appointment you create will automatically include a Google Meet link
- The link is included in the appointment confirmation email sent to your client
- No additional steps are needed — the meeting is created for you
Your client receives the link in their email and can join the call directly from Google Meet, without needing a Google account.
Managing connected accounts
From Settings → Integrations → Video Calls you can:
- View all connected Google accounts (email address and connection date)
- Connect additional accounts
- Disconnect an account if you no longer want to use it
Disconnecting an account
- Find the account in the connected accounts list
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm the action when prompted
Important: Disconnecting an account will remove Google Meet links from future appointments that use this account. Existing appointments with Meet links are not affected.
Troubleshooting

| Meet links not appearing on appointments | Check that your Google account is still listed as connected |
| Disconnected by mistake | Reconnect your account — future appointments will get new Meet links |
