Home Page
The Home Page is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you an instant snapshot of your day — what’s coming up, what needs attention, and what tasks you still need to complete.

What’s on the Home Page
The Home Page is designed to give you everything you need for the current day at a glance:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today’s Appointments | All sessions booked for today, with time, client name, session type, and duration |
| Pending Requests | Appointment requests from clients that need your confirmation |
| My Tasks | Your personal to-do list with priorities and due dates |
| Onboarding Wizard | Setup guidance shown until your account is fully configured (dismissed automatically once complete) |
Appointment Requests
If clients have the ability to request appointments, any unconfirmed requests for today will appear with a Requests badge. Click on it to open a side drawer showing each request, with the ability to Accept or Decline directly from there.
Keep an eye on pending requests so clients aren’t left waiting for confirmation. You’ll also receive notifications when new requests arrive.
Day at a Glance
At the top of the appointments section you’ll see a summary including:
- Number of confirmed sessions for today
- End time of your last appointment — so you know when your day wraps up
- Pending request count if any requests need action
Onboarding Wizard
If you’re new to AyloCare and haven’t completed the initial setup, the Onboarding Wizard will appear on the home page. It walks you through key setup steps:
- Setting up your brand
- Configuring your calendar availability
- Adding your first clients
Once all steps are complete, the wizard disappears and your full home page takes over.
