How to delete any customer?

AyloCare allows you to delete customers from your records to maintain compliance with privacy regulations and respect your customers’ data requests. For instance, when a customer is no longer receiving services and requests the removal of their personal information, you can easily delete their record from the platform.

Ways to Delete Customers

AyloCare provides two convenient methods for deleting customers:

Deleting a Single Customer

• Locate the customer you wish to delete in the list.
• Click the three-dot menu under the “Actions” column for that customer.
• Select the Delete option from the menu and confirm your action.

Deleting Multiple Customers

• Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the customer list to select multiple customers.
• Once the desired customers are selected, click the Delete button in the top toolbar.
• Confirm your action to permanently remove the selected customers.

Important Considerations

• Irreversible Action: Once a customer is deleted, all their associated data, including appointments, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Ensure you double-check before confirming deletion.
• Privacy Compliance: Deleting customer data is an essential step for adhering to privacy regulations and respecting customers’ requests to have their personal information erased.
