Managing Customer Status
Activation
- To (re)activate a customer, click the Reactivate option from the More Actions button under Actions column.
Deactivation
AyloCare provides two convenient methods for deactivating customers:
Deactivating a Single Customer

Locate the customer you wish to deactivate in the list.

Click the Deactivate button in the Actions column to deactivate them.

Select the Delete option from the menu and confirm your action.
Deactivating Multiple Customers

Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the customer list to select multiple customers.

Once the desired customers are selected, click the Deactivate button in the top toolbar.

Confirm your action to deactivate the selected customers.
ℹ️
You can view or edit information of both active and inactive customers.
ℹ️
A deactivated customer can be reactivated any time.
