Managing Customer Status

Activation

  • To (re)activate a customer, click the Reactivate option from the More Actions button under Actions column.

Deactivation

AyloCare provides two convenient methods for deactivating customers:

Deactivating a Single Customer

  • Locate the customer you wish to deactivate in the list.

  • Click the Deactivate button in the Actions column to deactivate them.

  • Select the Delete option from the menu and confirm your action.

Deactivating Multiple Customers

  • Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the customer list to select multiple customers.

  • Once the desired customers are selected, click the Deactivate button in the top toolbar.

  • Confirm your action to deactivate the selected customers.

ℹ️

You can view or edit information of both active and inactive customers.

ℹ️

A deactivated customer can be reactivated any time.
