Setting Your Availability
Your availability tells AyloCare when you’re open for appointments. When clients try to book a session, they’ll only be able to choose from the times you’ve marked as available.
You can set up your availability during the initial setup wizard, or any time from Settings → Availability in the sidebar.
How Availability Works
You set your availability by day of the week. For each day, you can:
- Turn the day on or off — Enable or disable the entire day
- Add time slots — Specify one or more time windows when you’re available
- Add multiple slots per day — For example, 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00 if you have a lunch break
Your availability is always saved in your configured timezone (set in your profile).
Setting Up Your Availability
Go to Settings → Availability in the left sidebar.

Enable Days You Work
For each day of the week, use the toggle to turn it on (available) or off (unavailable).
Toggling a day off means clients cannot book on that day at all.

Set Your Working Hours
For each enabled day, you’ll see a time slot showing when you’re available. Click the slot to edit the start and end time.
For example:
- Monday: 09:00 → 17:00
- Wednesday: 10:00 → 16:00
Add Multiple Slots (Optional)
If you have breaks during the day, you can add multiple separate time slots for the same day.
Click + Add slot to add another time window.
Example:
- Monday: 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00

Save Your Availability
Your changes save automatically as you make them. No separate save button needed.
Editing or Removing a Time Slot
- To edit a slot: Click the pencil icon next to the time slot and adjust the hours
- To delete a slot: Click the trash icon next to the slot you want to remove
- To disable an entire day: Toggle the day off — this removes all slots for that day
Availability vs. Blocking Time
There are two complementary ways to manage your schedule:
| Method | What it does |
|---|---|
| Availability settings | Defines your regular working hours for the whole week |
| Unavailable blocks on the calendar | Blocks specific dates/times for one-off exceptions (holiday, personal time, etc.) |
Use Availability for your regular schedule, and use calendar blocks for exceptions.
If you’re going on leave or have a day off, add an Unavailable block on your calendar for those specific dates rather than changing your weekly availability.
Time Zone
Your availability is always stored in your configured timezone. You can check or change your timezone in My Profile (top right menu → My Profile).
Make sure your timezone is set correctly — especially if you work with clients in different regions.
